All Official Support Sites are expected to operate at the highest standards and be good ambassadors for Extreme-Fusion. The main criteria we look for in potential candidates are integrity, honesty and openness.
The following information is to be filled out and submitted to the Extreme-Fusion Management Team for approval. All information on this form will be kept and is only accessable by the Extreme-Fusion Management Team.
Please list ALL person(s) who will be Super Administrators or person(s) in charge of the Official Support Site and their contact details. There must be at least two admins that can be English speaking liaisons who will be responsible to keep an open communication line with the Extreme-Fusion Management Team.
Please allow sufficient time for your application to be processed.
